Our Team

Pastor Phil Graves serves as Senior Pastor of Lake Lynn Baptist Church in Fayetteville, North Carolina, where his ministry centers on a single invitation: Come Home. Whether someone is returning to faith after years away or exploring it for the first time, his passion is to build a church where people feel welcomed, known, and loved, a community where anyone can find their place and grow in their relationship with Christ.

Phil began pastoral ministry in 2001 as youth pastor at Faith Baptist Church in Knoxville, Maryland, and from 2002 to 2009 served churches across the region as media minister for the Blue Ridge Baptist Association. In 2011 he was called to First Baptist Church of Brunswick, where he served for 14 years and walked with the congregation through its transition into The Crossings Community Church.

He holds a bachelor's degree in history from Cedarville University and a master's in Biblical Studies from Antietam Bible Seminary. Alongside his pastoral work, Phil owns All Saints Media, helping churches and ministries reach their communities through web and graphic design.

Phil and his wife Kristie have been married since 2003, and they have five children: Kara, Ethan, Owen, Elliana, and Briella. Whether he's preaching, teaching, designing, or just being Dad, his goal is the same: helping people come home to the family of God.

Serving from 2008 to 2015 and returning in 2020, Jay and Janet Roberts have faithfully led the music ministry at Lake Lynn Baptist Church with hearts devoted to worship. Guided by Psalm 96:1 — “Sing unto the Lord a new song; sing to the Lord, all the earth.” Their mission is simple yet powerful: to share the Gospel through song.

Jay and Janet are deeply thankful that God has blessed them to use their talents from a very young age, and their greatest desire is to please Him through their music. Their goal remains to teach, to train, and to worship with all ages, inspiring others to lift their voices and glorify God together.
